Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

Hi, I enabled the included Firefox VPN, but it only allows you to choose an entire country, and not very accurately or reliably. The help pages direct me to use Mozilla VPN to do that, so I enabled it, only to be told it's only available on Windows. How can I set my location to something else for a website on a Mac? Thanks.

I have Windows 11 in this Thinkpad!! Why was using FireFox which I guess is out of business? So now I need a way to get Gmail, but Google Chrome has pop-ups that are taking up 25% of my screen space!!! Why? Help? should I go to Best Buy? What to ask? What did I do wrong? I'm 81. After the most recent FF update, I can no longer upload pictures from my laptop to FB. I cannot see replies to posts in the main feeds. I have to go to the individual post pages to see them. Upon trying to sign into FB I often now get a message that says the feature is not working, but I click on it again and am able to log in. The feeds are taking a long time to load - I can see 3-4 posts and then icons that show the rest of the feed is trying to load, I do not have AVG or the other thing (bitdefender maybe, or something like that) others have been having problems with, that was resolved in a recent 'FB not working' thread -- that was supposedly solved with a recent update. A few minutes ago my laptop shut down while I was on FB. I did all of the suggestions regarding clearing the cache, cookies, etc. when I first noticed the problem so there is still a big problem with FB. I did report my inability to upload pictures directly to FB but I don't have any replies from them. Unrelated, I am sure, but my bookmarks were gone again this morning, for like the 24th time and I had to do the profile folder fix to get them back. I did not cache or other cleaning before I shut my computer down last night. It last happened a few days ago, unrelated to the cache etc cleaning after I noticed the FB problem. I have Norton antivirus and FF is synced to my cell phone but I prefer using my laptop for all internet activity because the screen is obviously bigger. I do not want to use another browser because of security issues. Thank you.

When I do a search on firefox I keep getting the following error and have to go through the CAPTCHA BS.

This just recently started happening. I'm getting very tired of having to pick out crosswalks, or motorcycles of buses.

This doesn't happen when using Chrome. May have to ditch firefox!

Facebook page fails to fully load often (not always) and in some occasions it load partially -instead of a picture it shows a blank box with a description of what it is supposed to be on the box.

Using other browser (Edge for example) loads the page fine in the affected Laptop and loading on an IPad using Firefox works fine too.

I have "flushed" the WI-Fi and "requested" a new IP for this computer and it is hard to tell if this solves the problem temporary or it is just the on-off nature of the problem.

In other occasions the page appears to load ok but the pull down menu (like notifications) are "blank" or it just appears to be loading and never navigate to the requested page.

In the sample below (image) is similar to the issue although in this case the page loaded after a few seconds. Note the missing information.

I have Firefox 151.0.4 in Canada. Windows 10 Pro. No prompt, no button. Tried repair Firefox by uninstall/reinstall. It completely removed all my extensions but no help with VPN. What can I do to enable this feature?

I play https://crazyshooters.com/ and https://crazyshooters2.com/ a lot! But the game became laggy since Firefox 148 and my ping spikes up. Other browsers play fine. I am on Linux Mint if that helps. (147 and below run fine)

I was signed in to my firefox account on my laptop, but then my laptop broke and cannot be recovered. I had my account set up to sync my data (i have email confirmation of this) so I signed in to firefox on my phone to retrieve passwords, bookmarks, etc. I reset my password to enter because I didn’t remember what it was (it was saved on the laptop). But none of my data appears on the mobile app. Is there a way to access my data still?

I have websites that are blocked on one of my computers and not another. Why? VPN is not on. Server Not Found

Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi.
